Terms & Conditions of Service.

We provide premium software development, product discovery, UI/UX design, and dedicated engineering team services. All services are governed by a mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) which details the specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and project milestones.

All pre-existing tools, methodologies, and framework libraries utilized during development remain the exclusive property of YallaExpand. Upon full payment of all related SOW invoices, all custom software code, visual assets, and intellectual property generated specifically for the client transfer entirely to the client.

Projects are billed on a structured milestone basis or under a fixed monthly retainer structure for dedicated teams. All invoices are subject to a strict 14-day payment window. In the event of delayed payments, YallaExpand reserves the right to suspend development and hosting environments until outstanding dues are cleared.

Active client engagement is essential for successful delivery. The client agrees to review deliverables and provide feedback within three (3) business days of submission. Failure to provide timely feedback may result in automatic scheduling adjustments and potential timeline overruns.

While we write software adhering to state-of-the-art standards, all deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YallaExpand explicitly disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum cumulative liability is strictly capped at the total amount paid by the client under the SOW.

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to each engagement are specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed between both parties. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
